How to get a free copy of "Ancient Master"

OK. So, if you want a free copy of my new secrets of alchemy book "Ancient Master of the Obvious,"

1. register here
2. go into the User Control Panel (top left) and
add your youtube, facebook and/or myspace, and DIGG.com address to your signature (MAKE SURE IT's LINKABLE!)
3. go to http://digg.com/users/meditation and DIGG the top three favorites (you'll be helping me out bigtime!)

When you're done... just commit publically by replying to this thread with the words, "I DO"
